How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this stage, we currently ship within Australia only.
Preorders
How do preorders work?
When you place a preorder, full payment is taken upfront to secure your item. Preorder items ship as soon as they arrive. Estimated arrival dates are listed on each product page and may shift due to distributor delays outside our control.
Can I cancel a preorder?
No, all sales are final, including preorders. Please make sure you're committed before placing a preorder, as it cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.

Are your sealed products authentic?
Yes. All sealed booster boxes, packs, and promo cards are sourced directly from authorized distributors and are 100% authentic, factory-sealed product.
What condition are your products in?
Sealed products are new and unopened unless otherwise stated.
